Customers are saying

Customers are positive about the fast performance, touch screen, lightweight design, and reasonable price of the ENVY x360 laptop. They appreciate its speed, clear display, portability, and value for money. However, customers are negative about the fan noise, average battery life, weight, overheating issues, and limited number of USB ports. They mention that the fan can be loud during normal use, the battery life could be better, it is heavier than expected, it can overheat when charging while in use, and it could use more USB ports.

Best Buy staff has recommended two great laptop products in the past for me and this one is a third. The Envy is durable and I tuned in real quick with the keyboard, including the number pad, which I missed on my last laptop. Retired and spend a great deal of time on the keyboard surfing the web and chatting. My second SSD and will never look back. Clean look, quick boot up and I like the fingerprint ID scanner to start-up. Not a techie by any means but this old dog has learnt a few new tricks. I usually like to take a few weeks to review an item and I have owned this HP for six weeks. The HP Jumpstart program is helpful and the HP support assistant keeps me up to date on updates, specs and messages for my system. Thanks for the opportunity to review the product and the service at the point of sale.

Got this so I could do my assignments for college, and I am very pleased with my purchase. Though using the track pad has been something I've taken some time to get used to, overall I would say that it is certainly worth the price.

I love this product. So far, I have no issue at all. All my expectations was met. I like how my monitor can be flipped all the way and the size of it was perfect for my multi windows activity. It is also fast and reliable.

A 10th generation i7, 12GB of RAM, and 512GB of storage on sale for $750 is a fantastic deal. The fingerprint reader is convenient. The screen is only OK, and another USB C port for power would have been better than the custom charger.

Purchased this laptop for teaching my ballet classes via Zoom. The picture quality is clear and wide angle. So happy I purchased this laptop. Many great features I have no problem with fan noise whatsoever as some have stated.

I am very happy with the HP-ENVY x360 laptop. I was able to demo it in the local Best Buy store and got it on sale. Setup was strait forward, just needed a few updates from Microsoft. It is nicely made and is powerful.

This laptop has not only met, but exceeded our expectations! The performance is ultra-quick and the picture crisp. The one concern I had based on the reviews was the loudness of the fan, but that's been unfounded. Great machine!

This is my second HP 2 in 1 Laptop. This has a bigger beautiful screen and fast startup. Keyboard is very responsive and accurate. It is nice to have a touchscreen as an option that my Macbook doesn't have for some reason.

It is taking some getting used to but it is a very efficient laptop. I like the fact that I can turn it into a tablet. As far as specs go it has fast processing speeds and Windows allows you to personalize it how you like.

The speakers aren't the best. Not for loud music. No area to insert discs. Heats up fast. Doesn't hold the best charge. But everything else is smooth. Easy to use. Love the fingerprint sensor. Not too heavy. A little loud.

Replaced my wife's really old laptop. This is the 2nd ENVY x360 in our household, both have been rock solid & very fast. Easy to maintain, update, and a pleasure to use. She loves pretty much everything about it.

I will start by saying that the price was just right. I love the color and design of the keyboard. I give it 4 stars because it's a little heavy, so when you're using it as a tablet it can get really akward and uncomfortable in your hands and the fans are too loud, I tried reducing the noise in the settings but it's still too much noise. Not a dealbreaker though! I'm only using it for a couple of hours to study. So far no other issues with it. I love the screen! I bought a stylus pen for it and it works great. The speakers are nice and loud and reach several rooms which I like, specially when cooking and putting on music. My husband has a Macbook and likes my computer much better ;) It's a great laptop for under 1000 bucks, don't hesitate to buy!

This is a very good, solid computer and a good value for the price. The feel of the computer is good -- the movement of the fold-back hinges are solid and feel durable. The screen is one of the best I've seen. The specs on performance are not misleading. The speed on boot up, RAM retrieval and processing are excellent for the price. I bought this for my daughter for college and wish I had bought a second one for me. Only two things I would change: 1) include right/left buttons on the trackpad. For someone using Excel all the time, this is a must. 2) the power button us oddly placed with the function keys in the middle-right side of the keyboard. Not a big deal, but it takes a bit of getting used to

This laptop is fast, durable, and an overall great device. The additional memory made the price a lot higher than the previous version of the same laptop, which is disappointing, but it works so well that I can't complain.

I come to this HP ENVY from another HP ENVY, that has 3 years (and still working perfectly). This one has an enhanced display and processor, much faster than my previous one. Design is just perfect, keyboard is perfect. Resolution, memory speed, all perfect. What I do not love is the temperature sometime could be above what I would expect and that it does not have a button to lever the speakers (that my previous model had, but his one has fingerprint reader, that works awesome) The speakers are way above regular, works perfectly loud and clear sound. Due pandemic have not yet traveled, but guess will be as efficient as previous one. Love the touch screen and tablet mode too. I would very much recommend this laptop to anyone what want style and productivity. Enjoy!
