I typically use a Macintosh computer. Since they are so expensive, I decided to try this HP and I'm very pleased! It's powerful, easy to use, and everything I needed for the work i am using it for.

Needed a PC for insurance work and being a Mac guy I was genuinely frustrated. This PC however has been very surprising. Powerful, fast, and reliable. I’m not excited about dealing with virus protection which I’ve already had to look at but it’s a minor setback that I think will be easy to deal with. Great computer!

Not the best, but okay. It is a great alternative to the specter x360 if y ou want to save money. However I purchased the MacBook Pro with touch bar and I am the happiest person ever. Macbook FTW.

This laptop has great specs 16GB of RAM, nice hard drive size. It will be used at home for my daughters homework and basic home enjoyment. The specs alone and Cyber Monday price were worth it. I hope this lasts my daughter in 7th grade through high school before it gets slow with tech advancements.

This is a great value. The only thing is it would be awesome if the battery life was longer. When you compare it to an Apple, it is very nice at a fraction of the price........

I've been running Premier (and DaVinci Resolve.. not at the same time) and other Adobe programs without issue. I'd like to know where I can easily download the updates to get the charger error to disappear when I plug the included charger in.. along with any other updates this model needs.

The Quad core and 16 gb of ram are great especially when running Vm's or AutoCAD. I would like to see an SSD on something in this price range and the USB-c Port being a Thunderbolt 3, Those two things are the only reason for a 4 instead of 5 star. The SD card reader is a nice thing to have.

Purchased this around Black Friday/cyber Monday and feel it was a good deal. Set-up was quick and easy. Installed different antivirus than the trial it came with. I’m a light to moderate user, school work, email, FB, videos and the laptop is speedy and will work great for my classes.

The backlit keyboard is comfortable for typing. The computer is lightweight but durable. The touchscreen works well and switching to just a “tablet” is smooth and easy.

I asked the rep for the best bang for the buck, he recommended the HP-Envy, It was a great choice, and following the purchase a great price match resolution. Definitely made me a real Best Buy fan. So much so I went back and purchased my grandson a desk top the following week.

This computer is easy to use. I have enjoyed learning new features and having the touch screen. It does seem a little heavier than other computers but still manageable.

I bought this Laptop on Black Friday deal and BB gave it really for a great price. Laptop is really nice to look and from performance side too it is fine. I compared b/w this one and spectre series and this one seems to be affordable for the same configuration.

I absolutely love the laptop. It runs fast and smooth. The visuals are extremely appealing and the platforms to create on it using a pen are amazing!
