Our old HP Laptop was purchased ten years ago. The hinge broke and couldn’t open it. After many months without a laptop we purchased this laptop. I am quite pleased with our purchase. And very thankful for the knowledgeable salesman that helped us.

I bought this for my son, and he loves it! We already have an older laptop that we love of this same model, and this is even better than that with the new upgrades. I definitely recommend it.

The laptop is easy to use and I have watched some movies on the laptop and also played some games on the laptop. The picture and sound quality is great! No lag time or constant buffering. I would buy again and recommend purchasing this laptop.

I have never been so happy with a purchase and investment in my future my whole life! Words cannot even begin to describe how amazing this computer is compared to my 7 year old dell inspiron that I had! I love the 2 in 1 factor of this computer and how I have a tablet and computer in on deal! Oh my it’s amazing!! I love that I can write on the computer screen and don’t have to worry about carrying around note books with me anymore when I start school again! This is by far the best investment ever and I’m far from being unhappy with this laptop!

I was so excited for this computer to arrive, since slightly disappointed.Pros- sleek lightweight design. Specs were everything I needed and more for a phenominal price. Love the 360 ability very convenient for me. Cons- since I have used (2days) I have seen geek squad once already. My goodness it's been running sooo slow. I also have received a blue screen with a video card error while playing a game. They told me what to update and think that will fix the problem, we will see. The time I was told is due to Windows updates which take a few days to speed up? I love that best buy will stand by the products they sale, and have assured me we can refund or exchange if it persists.

This machine is fantastic! My only complaint is the delete key isn't ehere it is on my other keyboards and I keep scrolling down instead of deleting! I'm sure I'll grow into it, since I'm pretty much using it all the time! Great device!

Looks good but limited. Sleek design, backlit keys are bright, and screen resolution is awesome. However, it's limited to two usb 3.0 connections and one usb type c connection. You will definitley need a hub. No Ethernet connection either.

Big computer I just love the features.Its very fast and I am happy with the big screen And I just love the pen also Thanks for making it.

I have not encountered an issue with this pc so - been using it only for a couple weeks. LOVE the facial detection sign on - so intrigued by it. My only minor dislike is the sepia-tone screen but love the duo tablet/laptop conversion.

I bought this laptop to fill a void between an iPad and desktop PC. So far it has worked great. The touchscreen works perfectly. The unit is thin and fits in my travelcase nicely. I haven't done much heavy video or photography editing to see how smoothly it handles the work, but it seems to do well with all other tasks I've given. The bluetooth is a nice feature. My only complaint is the screen. It is very reflective, and causes glare issues in moderately lit places. Using this while sitting outside would be difficult.

I have always liked HP but this I7 convertible laptop is great it runs really smooth and it doesn't get hot . I bought this for a home business when I told the best buy agent what I needed she guided me in the right direction and everything I purchased was perfect. the agent new what she was doing and it showed . She was very knowledgeable about what I needed and what was the best way to go on my purchase. She didn't make me feel like I was being sold something I didn't need I felt very good about my purchase.

A fast laptop, dynamite touch screen crisp, clear display, illuminated keyboard, 1TB HD, 16GB RAM, i7 processor, need I say more.

As soon as I got it out of the box it was easy to get started. Voice recognition really helps navigating. I did visit Geek Squad to get games and junk deleted. Geeks were very helpful. New Windows 10 is easy to work with

First of all let’s get something straight. If it’s mechanical OR electrical, someday, sometime it’s going to fail. So with that said, this computer has been lightning quick, it’s far exceeded my expectations. I bought it for my fiancé for her to use to become a nurse practitioner. She absolutely loves it!! She can take notes ANYWHERE with the pen. She can open multiple windows and applications at one time without the computer slowing down one bit. What a good investment this laptop was.

Great sound, fast processor. I love that it’s touch screen and I appreciate its tablet mode.

We just purchased this laptop to replace our old laptop that was purchased in 2009. A lot has changed in laptops since 2009. We are still learning how it works but very happy with our decision to purchase this product

This laptop is a very recent purchase. I am very satisfied with it's initial performance but can not comment on it's endurance. I have owned other HP computers in the past and they were all reliable quality products.

Read all the other reviews and decided to give it a try since it was on sale. Went to HP's website and downloaded the BIOS update and everything has worked great since.
