I looked at many computers through many channels before settling on this one at Best Buy. The specs are excellent for everyday computing, picture/video editing and uploading/downloading. Screen image is superb and the touch feature is handy and something I'm still adjusting to (not natural for me to intentionally touch a computer screen). It's also thin and light for a 15" screen size. You won't be disappointed in spending the money for this machine.

Love the speed and feel of the keys. I also really like that screen folds back and it becomes a laptop.

The laptop works just as expected. An error message about the battery can be easily solved updating the Bios, as described in other comments.

We purchased this computer for our son to use through high school and into college...it's been the perfect computer for him. The storage is great, the speed of the processor is on point, and he takes it everywhere with him. The sleek design is current and stylish. We wouldn't choose anything other than the HP ENVY, it really is a total package--and for the price, you can't find a better computer!

My new laptop is fast and so easy to use! Geek Squad did a fantastic job transferring my data! Love it!

Having only used the computer for 2 weeks, I have really enjoyed using it. The i7 is an upgrade from what I've used in the past and will probably not ever go lower. Keyboard is comfortable.

I've only worked with my new laptop a little while and already I love the functionality of it. I also love the beautiful keyboard and the way it lights up. Looking forward to using it more!

The computer is light weight, very responsive and looks great. One surprise I received, is they no longer have a Ethernet plug area. It does have the new C (Thunder) cable slot though.

Product expectations met. Other than getting the error message about the charging cord not being the correct one (even though it came with the new product) the computer has been great.

This laptop is fast and quiet. I read some reviews that said the laptop had a loud fan, I can't even hear it running. Great price for this item during the pre Black Friday sale. YES!!

HP does a wonderful job of delivering performance that even professional video/photo editors can appreciate.Once all available updates and drivers/driver updates are installed, this machine performs flawlessly. I haven't had a problem with sound, display, drivers, or anything else for that matter. Out of the box, the system feels solid, as it's built from aluminum. It's cool to the touch. In fact, it stays fairly cold on a regular basis.

I read quite a few reviews that had bad things to say but I am extremely happy with this laptop. The power cord issue is resolved by going to the HP website and running the patch.

Good computer but ships with an inadequate power supply (45w)! It fails HP's power supply test and limits this computer's performance. I have found that it requires a 65w or 90w power supply to run at full performance.

My 2008 HP Pavilion was showing signs of an upcoming "blue screen" so I decided to buy a new laptop for personal use. I wanted a large screen and something light weight. Ended up with the HP Envy x360. Slow to turn on and it was not able to pair up with the portable DVD player I purchased. During the download several files failed to load to the laptop and the DVD player would not work. Very disappointing. When downloading Camtasia it was difficult to determine where I was in the download process and if the download was successful.

I researched and waiting for this computer to go on sale. I have been extremely happy with the ability to go from laptop to tablet and the i7 processor speed and functionality.

Only a few gripes: No Num lock key. Should have bought a black l laptop, silver keys aren't what I'm used to. Otherwise does what it's supposed to do. Will need to update the bios.
