Only a few gripes: No Num lock key. Should have bought a black l laptop, silver keys aren't what I'm used to. Otherwise does what it's supposed to do. Will need to update the bios.

This is an awesome laptop! Great power and performance. With Windows 10 and Tablet like qualities, this is great for demos etc at work and great just for playing around.

I love the fact that it turns into a tablet but it moves a little slow. It may be my internet but I don't have this problem when I'm using my iPhone on my internet service.

This computer is fast, built in key pad is great for work and includes plenty of storage.

My favorite feature is the touchscreen. Lightning fast too compared to my previous one

I changed my old laptop with old OS windows. This one has Windows 10, can be used as a tablet. It's great. The only missing item is the CD-DVD drive. I recomended

I was looking all over for months trying to find a good laptop for school and personal use. When i came across the Hp Envy 360 it was just what i was looking for.

If there was one thing I was concerned about going from a 13-inch Spectre to this 15-inch Envy, it was 'downgrading' from a SSD to a 'moving-parts' SATA hard drive. So far, this has been a non-issue (Perhaps the 8th generation i7 is helping the cause? I had a 7th gen i7 in last machine). Start up time is about the same (very fast), and all computer functions (web/mail/initiating programs/loading photos/files/etc) are zippy-quick. I like that this 2-in-1 has a direct port for HDMI, and even with a wireless mouse permanently connected to a USB 3.1 slot, it still leaves me with an open USB-C and another USB 3.1 (thanks to the dedicated power cord connection). It also has an SD/etc card reader for easy photo/media transfer (though my cell phone serves exclusively as my camera these days). And since I use my 'laptop' as my main desktop, I love that I can power this unit on/off without opening the lid (I had to lift the top on the Spectre to power on, and power off via Windows - though there may have been a setting I could have adjusted that I never looked for). One weakness seems to be the camera - at 2.1 megapixels, it appears to be 'grainy'/lower quality than I might have expected. But that wasn't enough to put a dent into my 5-star rating. Overall, at about $400 less than a comparable Spectre, it stacks up extremely well. I doubt you'll be disappointed should you purchase!

For long time i was looking 2 in 1 laptop in this thanksgiving found this and 16GB RAM is excellent, actually I was looking 8-10 GB RAM laptop, core i7 is fabulous

Weird, every once in awhile, the touchscreen won't work. Restart and everything's good. Need to bring to the geeks and have checked. Otherwise, very happy with it

The screen and visual appearance are very good. It could use additional USB ports.

Its a great PC but only if it had SSD instead of regular hdd it would have been awesome. Hopefully the upgrade to SSD will not effect the warranty coverage.

I used to have to use my laptop for certain tasks and also then use my tablet for other items. Then I had to merge the 2 items together often times, which is a BIG pain to do that (example: using One Note, adding photos or text boxes. some cannot be done on the tablet, and then I could not draw on the laptop and had to do the drawing on the tablet.... This will do BOTH so easily

It look so sleek and amazing. Beautiful screen. All you have to do is add the ssd and then you have the perfect laptop. And the best buy people are so amazing

This laptop is fast and easy to use. Definitaly a good choice.

I'm not an expert in computers, but I can tell this is a very nice laptop. It has all the apps and programs that a professional needs for his/her job.
