The one problem I had with my previous HP laptop was the hinges, which squeaked and did not feel solid. They’ve substantially upgraded the hinges on this one. 1Ter, 16G, great resolution. Hard to beat at the price.

I expected more from this laptop. The build quality and performance is worse than the previous version (2016). The issue with the invalid power supply still exists. I bough this laptop on November 23, 2017, hoping that HP would fix that issue by then. However the issue still exists and force you to update the firmware on a new machine, which is not acceptable. Also the performance is slow, probably due to the slow hard disk and lots of bloatware. I would suggest looking for SSD laptop, unfortunately I was unable to find any in that price range.

I wanted a small laptop urgently but found HP Envy 360 in a great price, so could not resist. Contradictory to its size, it is sleek and easy to handle. I have been using this laptop everyday for continuous 4-5 hours: No heating issues, no issue in transferring to tablet mode or back to touchpad, handles multiple applications without hanging, but battery does not lasts as promised(5- hours is fine for me though but not as promised by the company). All in all it has been a great laptop so far. Yet to discover its myriad features.

At first ..was a bit skeptical about HP because of their long history of overheating of laptops...but then after scouring through all the reviews, thought I'd give it a try...and am not regretting it all...it's true...cortana requires quite a bit of training and so does the facial recognition ..but all the other features like backlit keyboard, separate numpad, superb display, beastly processor speed as well as ram is more than enough for getting along with the daily work...tried just asphalt so far and was smooth...but this is primarily a work/media laptop for me...so that's not a deterrent factor...

The facial recognition makes it easy to open, the touch screen makes it easier to zoom in and edit photos. The laptop starts quickly and works at a rather fast pace.

Great look and design. Works very fast. A lot of new applications that can guide you for easy use. The only inconvenience is that is a little too heavy.

This is a great laptop and got it at a really good price. It is fast and powerful. I would recommend it to anyone wanted a solid mid-level laptop.

I bought the computer for my daughter because she uses a tablet but needs the power of a laptop. It had plenty of storage great speed and a good CPU.

Last time I purchased a computer was around 2004. It went down about a year ago. This laptop does everything I could ever ask for. The large screen is great for older eyes. Touchscreen is a very nice touch, like having a huge tablet. Due to the large screen the keyboard is layout is like a full sized keyboard. The actual case of the computer is very sleek in design, if that matters to you. I would definitely buy this computer again.

This is seriously awesome, it is the fasted computer I've ever had! The price isn't that bad for everything you get, thanks Best buy!!

We have been using in office and it has been much more faster than a a Mac book air, good space in hard disk and ram make it fast

Very comfortable in use, nice, light screen, big data capacity. Slight slower to my previous with ssd, but overall worth the price!

This laptop is fantastic. Its fast. Its thinner then my last one, and it folds in half with a touch screen.

It's only been 1 1/2 weeks but I love this laptop so far. Excellent speed. Great machine for the price.

This is a very powerful computer - fast with lots of storage. I've had it 2 weeks and am still learning what it can do. My only complaint so far is that the computer senses that the AC adapter is not a powerful Smart AC adapter and suggests that I see a "select retailer" to purchase an upgrade. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE INSTEAD OF THE SUB-STANDARD ONE THAT IS INCLUDED? I have yet to resolve this issue with HP.

I had read reviews on this laptop before purchasing it. I am glad I did, since I did indeed receive the message about the power supply cord not being correct for the computer. I tried to use the link the HP representative left in other reviews, but it did not work for me. I manually instructed the laptop to search for updates, and installed them. Once done, I have never received the message since. if you are unsure how to instruct the computer to look for updates, just simply click on the blue question mark on the bottom toolbar on your right. Even though I had updated my last laptop to Windows 10, how this laptop responds and performs is so much faster and smoother than my last one. Having a laptop designed for Windows 10 is SO much better. I have also downloaded Microsoft Office Suite, and a new printer. Each was very easy, fast installation. I am also very happy with the battery life. I used the laptop most of one evening unplugged and still had more than half a battery remaining when I went to bed. I also love the fact the keys light up. I do use this feature regularly. I have not used the touch screen functionality, but hope to make use of it soon since this laptop is Windows Ink compatible

The HP Envy is the best laptop I've purchased so far. It came with Intel's 8th Gen Core I7 chip, 1 tb of storage and blazing fast processor. The screen is virtually edge-to-edge and the quality makes viewing pictures, videos or just browsing great to look at. The Bang & Olufsen speakers are awesome. I like that they're on the top part of the keyboard rather than underneath; so you can hear them much better without turning up the volume. Fast and easy set up. Once you load all the updates to Windows 10, especially the latest update; the start up, facial recognition and program speeds increase significantly. The keyboard keys are spaced just right and they're easy to use. I don't use the 10-keypad much, but for those who do, you have one. I download RevoUninstaller to remove the bloatware like Norton and other software I don't need. There's not a lot of bloatware like other brand named laptops, but the program take it all out. I like the tablet function (turning the screen all the way back around) and used the touchscreen as well. The touchscreen is available to use either in laptop or tablet modes. Either way, it's fast and very intuitive to use. I've played Asphalt 8 and other racing games in tablet mode and it works just fine. Although the screen is larger and a bit bulkier to use for games, the picture, color and clarify are outstanding. You get use to it very quickly. It's easy to cast any screen to my 4k TV. A nice feature when you have guest over and you want to share your pictures. The HP Envy is a definite "I'll buy it a again" recommendation. Enjoy!

Love this laptop! I’ve had my previous laptop for about 2-3years now so I was in need of an upgrade. I was debating between sticking to HP or going Apple and for the price Best Buy had this laptop for, with all the functions and upgrades I was looking for in my next laptop, I could not resist. Very happy and satisfied with my purchase.

I love this laptop. I didn't want a touch screen at first because I didn't think computers with touch screen were worth the money. My favourite part is the touch screen and how I can bend the screen all the way back and use it like a tablet. I bought the bamboo pen with it, for the price I think the pen should have been included. But it works great with my laptop. I get all my homework for school done on this with no issue. I also like the paint and drawing apps that come installed, it's a lot of fun. The battery life could be better, but I do usually have 5 tabs on the internet up, word open, my file folder open, and Pandora or YouTube playing. Also my brightness is always at 100%, I like my brightness all the way up, so that could be why it only last me about 5 hours before I need to plug it in again. This laptop is amazing and more than enough for college school work. I wouldn't trade it for any other one in the store.
