Great specs / TERRIBLE QUALITY I'm on my 2nd one, returned the first one right away because the mousepad was loose and rattled. This one also rattles, but not as much. I thought I could live with it (I put some silver tape on the edge), EVERY TIME you open this computer a warning comes up that you should use the power supply that came with it............"you mean the power supply that came with this brand new laptop?....Yeah that's what I'm using!!!" It is very irritating. When you pick the unit up, it "pops" like it's hollow inside and the case bends enough to make a pop or a snap sound........That really makes you feel good about the purchase! I WILL BE RETURNING AND PURCHASING ANOTHER BRAND

I like the speed and the power for creativity inherent in this laptop.

This computer is great, it’s fast, it has touch mode... But the touch mode is very slow, I have to press very hard and usually needs a long time for the computer to react. I also think the speaker needs to get better on those loud low pitch notes, because some time I listen music, if it’s a little loud, the speaker would make some noises, so I have to turn my volume down.

I needed a new laptop for medical school and I really loved my old HP x360 envy laptop I had before. Considering all the specs, it's a really great deal for a quality laptop and something I hope I can use for years to come! The best feature I love about this laptop is that I can convert it into a tablet (essentially) and take notes on onenote with my HP pen.

So far, so good.. I was concerned that switching to Windows 10 and learning the operations of a new computer would be difficult and yet it doesn't seem to be. My prior computer was about 10 years old so there have been many updates since then. I am pleased with the smooth transition and with the computer. Both of my computers are HP so there's that factor as well.

I got this for my son. He loves it. It's fast and boots up quickly.

It's exactly what we wanted. Love the touch screen, and screen size.

Unfortunately I had to return it because t wasn’t compatible with Oculus
