The only problem is a huge problem.

It’s terribly frustrating especially when I attempt to click on something and the pointer is not where you expect it to be. This happens regardless if I’m using the touchpad, stylus, or my finger. The geek squad technician could not resolve the issue because it didn’t occur when he attempted to replicate it.
