Needs service

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This had some good reviews but when I looked at the help part it had several people that had to send theirs back for hard drive replacement. Once I did this I was not able to transfer the backup from my previous hard drive. I spent hours trying to transfer files and never did accomplish this. I bought two programs and a transfer cable and nothing worked.
