Great laptop, lightweight & quick. I use this for personal and to do some work away from the office. It’s exactly what I was looking for and has sleek design.

Very nice laptop with slim and sharp design. Set up was quick and smooth. I noticed some painting imperfections on the top cover surface (but maybe I am too picky when purchasing a good product). Additional software installation has been easy and it is just working fine. You receive what you expect and what you pay for. Even though sometimes this product is offered with additional items (such as the bamboo ink pen) which I missed when I purchased mine.

Purchased this laptop for my daughter for her freshman year in college. Seems nice and sturdy and durable. Also pretty fast for it size. So far so good

Its a good computer for the price I paid $800. All my programs downloaded in a timely fashion and no space issues.

Got this laptop as a gift and absolutely loved it which is why I gave it 3 stars. Meant to help me with grad school. I’ve had the laptop for 2 years and it worked great during that time. No issues with speed, connectivity, space, battery, camera, etc. BUT a month ago I was closing my laptop screen and the screen detached from the back part of the laptop. The hinge is still attached, but isn’t working properly. Many tiny screws came out from behind the screen and now there is an opening and my laptop screen is very flimsy. I cannot close my laptop due to this issue. Since I’m no longer in warranty or bought the geek squad repair service fee, there’s really nothing that can be done. I called HP support and talked to a robot who told me that since I’m no longer in warranty, I have to pay a monthly fee to talk to a technician. Of the many complaints I read online of this same issue, have said it costs around $400+ for repair. I will not be paying that much for a screen repair when my laptop works perfectly fine. I will still be able to use my laptop, but at home only and no travel.

This is a Christmas gift so I have not opened it yet. For the price, it has everything I wanted. The staff did a great job of making this sell happen.

As a full-time college student, I can state that this laptop more than meets my needs. Based on my experiences, let's start with some key benefits of this computer. Battery Life: I can attest that I have never had to plug in this computer during my 7-8 hour day at college and still have plenty of power left by the time I get home. Note-taking: To fully appreciate this system, I feel it is necessary to also purchase the Wacom stylus. Once paired, this responsive computer can be converted to tablet mode and used for all note-taking needs. Weight/Size: It is important to note that this laptop is lightweight for its size, and its thin design makes it easy to carry for school. Hard Drive: Though it is not a solid state drive, its 1 TB hard drive provides ample storage for photos and documents. In terms of negative aspects, there are only two minor issues associated with this laptop. Speakers: Though the sound quality of these speakers is phenomenal, they are not as loud as my previous laptop. Lack of a Disk Drive: Although this is not generally an issue for me, the lack of a disk drive is one limit of this system, as it prohibits me from using certain resources. As a whole, I am thoroughly enjoying this laptop and have recommended it to my friends and professors.

Purchasing this laptop came with a few anxieties: the price but mostly the change from one laptop to another. This laptop had so many more features than my 6 year old Dell that I was really reluctant about purchasing it. But after several weeks of reading the reviews and studying up on it, I made the purchase on Black Friday. And how glad I am that I did! I am loving every bit of it. The transition from a basic laptop to this one with Windows Ink and more was not nearly as hard as I expected it to be. It’s been a smooth ride so far 3 weeks in.

This computer has worked well for me the short time I've had it. I really enjoy the touch screen feature, and the ability to use it as a tablet.

I bought this computer to replace and old outdated one I had. I've had to get used to Windows 10, but other than that I love this computer. Not too heavy. Easy to use. Can use as a tablet if needed. Touch screen works great. This is the best computer I've ever purchased and I was worried at first with the price tag. No regrets.

I use this HP for editing programs in photography and VIDEOS. Fast start-up, good storage capacity, intuitive. It surprises ME more and more.

This is my first HP computer. I like the lighted keyboard, and it is easy to use. I also like having help available right on the computer.

The PC is very fast with the 8th generation Intel Core i7 processor paired with 16GB ram. Awesome color and graphics for my requirements.

Very fast... Hooked up to all my printers very easily. I’ve been working and playing with it for about 2 weeks now. No problems at all.

This is a great laptop overall. The touchscreen is vivid, sharp, and very responsive. I bought the bamboo pen and it works very well with this machine. So far, the laptop has operated well, no bugs or freezing. The only downsides are that the fan is a bit loud and the touchpad is a bit quirky. It is not very responsive when tapping to click.

Computer has everything you need for home usage at a good price. Easy to set up and had it running the same day. Very satisfied.
