    I was looking for the big brands (Apple) when I found this. Touch screen, facial recognition, can fold back for tablet mode for the kids and back to laptop mode for the adults. Bigger screen and almost half the price of the bigger names with the same perks. Perfect family laptop

    Their black Friday deal was a great deal, I always get the three year warranty, Best Buy is always very good in honoring their warranties, the store will help you with diagnosing the problem, offering what help they can, like how to get it to restart, and although you don't get to meet the people doing the repairs in some distant city, the plus is since they get to work on lots of machines they really know what they are doing.

    Attractive and compact machine, nice keyboard, easy to type on, boots up quickly, windows 10 is a vast improvement. I like the resolution, it's light to carry around and the touch pad works better than other laptops. Four stars for the aggravation of selling me the Bamboo Ink pen which does NOT work with this machine and MOST of the ones BestBuy sells. I would love to have a pen with it but so far haven't found one that's compatible.
