This laptop is not too big or too small, it fits well in my back pack and is easy to carry around. It is not only a laptop but folds back into a tablet as well, and it has touch screen. It is a really great laptop for school.

I was very skeptical with buying another HP because my last one overheated and that was so long ago, but I am loving this new laptop so much! This specific model and line just came out a week prior to me purchasing it. It runs so fast. Doesn’t get hot. Plenty of memory. No delays or slowdowns. Touchscreen is awesome from all aspects. I just can’t access the camera to it, which I will find out what needs to be done to install that. Otherwise, I have no complaints!

Great computer! Love the way it can be turned into a tablet or proped up so the kids can enjoy it as well! And the touch screen is definitely a plus!!

This was initially a very fast, easy to use, and overall very nice laptop. I was looking forward to using this for writing papers and general daily use as a researcher, nothing too demanding. However it started having problems very quickly. After only a few days, the fingertip sensor stopped working even though I did not dirty or damage it or change settings to disable it. I also had various problems with clicking and screen bugs, but these didn't bother me enough to fix them myself and I continued daily use. After only a few weeks it then started periodically crashing during normal light use reading articles, looking things up, or using Microsoft Word. But now after only a few months the hard drive has crashed out of nowhere (never dropped, well cared for, seldom moved around, light usage) and I am sorely regretting getting this computer while it was on sale.... This is a flimsily constructed computer, pick a different model!

Loads everything I am doing super fast. Touch screen is so convenient. I bought the pen that goes with it to write and use it to take notes for school and I love it. Very happy with purchase.

Had this laptop for over a month now. Not a big fan of the Windows10 yet -- still learning that, but the laptop is performing well. I like the tablet convertible feature (didn't buy a stylus yet) and its ruggedness as I travel with it to client meetings so it gets a lot of use. As a CPA having a 10-key was critical. Only con so far has been the computer didn't lock & keep the settings/programs I had open a few times (rebooting) and the fingerprint scanner failed to recognize me. Battery life & weight are very acceptable to me compared to previous laptops. Highly recommend this laptop or its related siblings if you need a different configuration.

I got this laptop for my second year of college. So far it’s been a great upgrade from my Chromebook. I got it for $750 because it was in sale and the discount my Best Buy Members Deals offers. Almost everything runs smoothly with this computer. Awesome speakers, great touchscreen, and that awesome memory! My only concerns are that it sometimes reboots when not turned off properly or going to sleep. I was worried as they occurred within the first week, however it is easily take care of by simply shutting down the computer and turning it back on. But I’m pretty sure that happens with Windows computers.

I had an older model Envy before this one and loved it. Needed a new computer because my old one crashes to the floor due to a backpack malfunction. It's fast. See less transitions between windows at a quick rate. It has ac WiFi which allows you to connect to internet faster. I tried cheaper laptops without this and it was frustrating. It stays charged for a long time!!! Loving the finger ID button. It makes logging in a breeze. It's very light. It doesn't have a DVD player but I don't use that! It does have a HDMI port to connect a second monitor and two USB ports. Sound is very good!!! I bought it on sale for $850 in Oct 2019.

At less than $700, this machine is hard to beat. The specs alone are impressive, but the memory and drive in this machine are both upgradable. I was concerned that the display was only 1080p, but it has turned out to be one of the best looking HD displays I have ended seen on a laptop. The battery life could be a little better, but this is pushing a large display and a fat processor, so I’m okay with what I hat from the battery. This can also be charged via the USB C port, which is something not stated in the description - very nice. My only complaint are the keys on the keyboard, as they are flat and hard to keep your fingers on.

I got this On Sale + Student deal for $750, a great deal for an i7 laptop with this much SSD storage. For the most part this notebook has performed well, but I encountered a few issues. It kept getting "Blue Screen" after it hibernated and lid was opened. DIsabling hibernation resolved this. After loading Norton 360, the Optane Memory CPU process would run at over 25% continuously causing fan to be loud. DIsabling Optane memory resolved this, but you lose benefit of this memory. It's still fast with SSD, so I'll live with it. Four Stars because of these issues.

I can’t believe how fast this computer is. It was pretty easy to set up and get going with all my info. I needed Windows 10 Pro for my work, so I bought it directly through Microsoft. It turns out I didn’t need to repurchase it. I have it on my old computer, I just needed to sign into my Microsoft account. Oops! I am not a very tech savvy user, and this computer can do It all and then some.

My daughter needed a new computer for college, and this was one of the few brands that still has a dedicated number key pad. She is studying actuarial science, so the number pad, and the amazing speed of the computer are a perfect fit for her! It also has a bigger screen and with the 2 in 1 feature she is able to watch Netflix and other videos if she has time. The 2 in 1 feature is also great when she is doing presentations. All around a very nice computer so far!

This laptop is the best in terms of speed and weight. It’s a great laptop. My company buy this laptop due to its performance. It’s worth spending.

I've only had my laptop for 2 days. So far, not bad. It kept giving me and error message when trying to add my gmail account. I tried resetting the mail app and restarting my computer, but it still wouldn't work. We finally, with my teenager's help, manually added it. It took alot of googling to figure out the long way. I also had an issue today with the fingerprint unlock not recognizing my print. Other than that, I love it! The screen has a great picture! It has amazing speed!

This product was sold to me for a fair price with a sale and a student discount. After a couple of months it has proved every need I was looking for . The product does lack in quality on the bottom grip, it is already ckmUKng off. It may be defective or mg fault for not paying too much attention but at the price that is paid for a laptop, this is not something I should be worried about. The size is perfect and the number pad makes like sk much easier.
