I have had several high end laptops and this one does not disappoint. The screen is vivid, the keyboard is responsive, and the processor is top notch. The only con that I can point out is the lack of a dedicated graphics card but in such a thin laptop this is understandable.

Bought for son as computer for college and is excited to use. fast and use of touch screen like a tablet works great.

I really have enjoyed my HP ENVY x360. It's the most versatile laptop that I've owned, and the tablet capability and touchscreen make it fun to use. The one thing that I will say is a drawback has been the sensitivity of the laptop if I forget to specify I want it to sleep or shutdown before I close it. I ended up taking it into the Geek Squad who informed me that I have to give it a command to keep it from acting like it doesn't want to power back up.

This laptop is easy to use, fast, lightweight and great for my home office needs.

Buying a new laptop can be challenging. Systems get updated and functions get moved about into places that cause frustration to even the most avid tech user. This recent purchase was the best new laptop onboarding experience I have ever had. Cortana stepped me through the entire install process and managed to help me solve a mystery related to my MS account that had plagued me for years. This laptop has seamlessly integrated itself into my work life. The only issue I ran into was related to the battery. Whenever I get a new machine I test the battery early on and this model works best if you make sure to plug it in before the battery drops below 15%. Otherwise it takes a LONG time to charge up enough to continue working.

Laptop is easy to navigate. Lightweight. Touchscreen/tablet mode is amazing. Replaces all other electronic devices.

I wish I had upgraded sooner. Love that it is so lightweight. Very fast and perfect for my on the go lifestyle.

This is the most computer, for the least money, you can get. Really fast! The SSD makes all the difference.

i still use a couple weeks, and its fast, display nice colors, touch pad very sensible.....

I haven't even had it for a month now, but based on that: I love the touch screen and that it flips into tablet mode. I HATE the touchpad. It doesn't have 2 separate buttons so when you are using it you can't tell by touch alone where you are on the touchpad. If you are just a little too far right your clicks don't work right.

All I’ve ever known are desktop pc’s, so it’s been an adjustment maneuvering on my new laptop. It’s most likely Windows 10 that is the root of my infrequent struggles and not the laptop itself (I was still using Windows 7 on my desktop). I don’t use the touchscreen a lot (fingerprints drive me crazy) but I love that feature. The unit is very lightweight and the screen is a perfect size for my home office. Overall, very pleased.

Relatively light. i7. Easy access brightness & volume keyboard buttons & numeric digits. Startup speed is fast. My 1st HP computer in many years after various other brands. Smaller keyboard is sufficient, but may think your touching the screen when you adjust your monitor (thin edges). I connected my HP printer & cannot find it in the normal locations, so I need to contact BB Geeksquad.

Lightweight, Fast, and Reliable. Bought for it for school and I'm never missing a beat with it.

A well designed 2 in 1 unit that I'm still happy with after 15 months. With the SSHD, the laptop is exceptionally fast and thus far has been reliable. In addition, it is great to flip and convert to a tablet when you simply are tired of the keyboard. Recommended, but also recommend the warranty in case the SSHD goes and don't forget to pay to have the unit backed up on the cloud.

This is unbelievably fast and I was hesitant to purchase a computer with Windows 10. I had heard so many bad things about Windows and I find it much easier than I expected. I'm not computer savvy and I can appreciate anything that is easier than expected to. I had a few questions after using for a couple of days and I called Geek Squad and they walked me through my problems and I haven't had to call again.

This turned out to be great laptop for my daughters first year of college. The first one we purchased (same model) would not boot up. After several tries, we took it back to best buy and got a new replacement with no problems. The touch screen is awesome and a must have. This model folds into a tablet but in doing so makes it very bulky so keep that in mind if you're looking at this for that option.

Bought this for our son entering his senior year in high school. So far it’s been reliable and fast. It’s a bigger display than what he originally wanted, but the larger display is nice for video editing and viewing. Bought a similar machine two years ago for our daughter, and hers has unfortunately given her some problems, but we like the brand, the speed and the processor so decided to try again.
