Screen issues made me buy a different one. The screen is NO GOOD!

Display is great, battery lasts a long time, able to run many programs at once. I use it for nursing school and it is able to handle my clinical stimulators with no issues. I also play the sims and have had no problems running that, even with expansion packs. Overall the best laptop I have purchased.

First time owning a HP computer. I am very pleased with it. I do miss having a number key pad on the side, but i am getting used to it. Love the touch screen and the speed of opening. Really liked the Geek Squad. They moved everything from my old computer to the new one. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend getting their service.

My kid had an old x360 for a while. Never broke, it just got slow in 5 years. So I bought this for him and I am amazed how light, thin it is, still feels solid. The screen is brighter and almos has no frame around it. It's an i5 but it's fast. Keys are soft and with enough feedback. Boots up very quickly, and battery life is great. They advertise EVO storage now, and you can feel the difference. Best of all is quiet.

Purchased this HP laptop as a gift for my wife. Was fortunate to find it on sale ($300+ off). Purchased based on reviews, BB customer service rep and recommendation by family member who is more tech savy than me. Have only been using for a couple of weeks but so far but very pleased. Easy set up. Metal case vs plastic. 2 in 1, touch screen, Windows Home and backlit keyboard are an upgrade from my wife's old computer. Battery seems to hold a charge well.

I love this computer, but there are a few things that I wish worked better. 1) The screen is unreadable outside. I'm going to start searching to see if theres something I can put on it. 2) The same goes for the built in camera. If you are outside, even in the shade, the camera shows up white. Literally just outside. 3) AND THIS IS MINOR for me at least, the volume on the computer is adequate for if you are close to it. It doesn't have much range. So if you plan on watching tutorial videos on it while trying your DIY, just plan to have it closer to you or set it up on your blue tooth speaker for audio. Over all, this is a great computer, runs fast and I can't complain. I use it for personal things, researching, organizing my personal files etc. It would be fine for work or school as long as you are not planning to spend time outside on it. I WILL say, I live in Florida so its very sunny, but even over cast days its rough outside to see the screen. It's light weight. A tad harder to find cases for since it's so specific, touch screen and converts to a tablet like device.

This was my college laptop. It is the perfect size and cooperated with all of the necessary software. Loved it then and still use it years later. Now it is my mom laptop. I use it for movies and making grocery lists online. The picture is great. I absolutely love how you can bend the keyboard and it turns into a big touchscreen tablet.

replaced a six year old HP and completely satisified with this laptop. Fast , good sound, great screen, lightweight and good battery time

Fast start up, easy to use, good battery life, touch screen is nice. Still getting use to Windows 11.

just finished setting up. excellent deal at $350 off. fast processing with multiple apps and windows already running, excellent graphics and sound, easy set-up. love the touchscreen and back lit keyboard. note- there is no number pad to the right installing included trial of anti virus software was confusing

What's not to love?! This computer does it all... It even turns into a tablet. I love the backlights on the keys and it is even a touch screen monitor too! It is very affordable price point and offers everything the more expensive one's have to offer. Don't second guess this Laptop! You will be happy with all it does and all the features at a big savings!

Light weight, fast, affordable, nice. It would be very, Very helpful if there was a manual, physical or even online along with it. I am not using a lot of it yet.

Perfect laptop for me fast and easy. Works great, lighted keyboard, long battery life. Touch screen is a bonus and the maqchine itself is attractive. It is light weight and easy to transport. like many of the key featuresand it opens so fast and is so responsive just a pleasure to use.

The Best Haves for this laptop are the touchscreen, backlit keyboard and size. What I do miss is the numeric keypad on the side, especially if you’r doing accounting type tasks or work. But Overall, I’m very much pleased with my Laptop.

I have had this computer for about a month, and so far, so good. I am not very tech savvy, but this computer is working well for my personal use and remote work. I haven't used the touch screen or used it as a table much yet, but it's a nice option.
