best lap top I have had yet. Very fast processor, back lit keyboard and touch screen. Graphics are great.

Love this laptop. Very intuitive. Easy to use and fast.

Bare with me bc I'm not a techie person. I bought an open box version of this after chatting with an online customer service rep. So far it's everything I need it to be. The set up was nice and easy, and it runs super smooth. The machine is super responsive. I'm glad I went with the Core i7 version instead of the Core i5 version. I look forward to really digging in to see what this can do.

Love this laptop! Boots up quickly and responds immediately. Crisp display. Able to multi-task without any lags in response. Really appreciate the built-in HP Support System that notifies and smoothly downloads when software updates are available.

I bought this laptop as a replacement for my aging MacBook Pro I’ve used for djing. I was a lil nervous moving over to a windows pc rather than stayin in the Apple ecosystem but things have been great. The laptop is very fast and processes songs quickly. I haven’t had any issues. I did follow the optimization recommendations from serato when I loaded it all up and it’s been great. Screen is great. It’s got a lil heft to it but it’s not necessarily heavy. I do enjoy having a 15 inch screen. Other than that, the light up keyboard is great. The mousepad has taken a lil time to get used to but that’s more becuz of the os and coming from using a mbp. Overall very pleased with this purchase! Battery life is decent. I like that it used thunderbird ports to charge and there are multiple usb outlets which was one of my main reasons for converting. I hate having a bunch of dongles attached. It’s just one more thing to have to worry about when setting up for a gig. I don’t have this problem with this laptop.

Love this computer! It's fast and I love the ease with which I can get around.

I got it on a sale, and it is a wonderful computer even at list price. I had a few questions getting starting (old dogs don't learn new tricks easily) and Geek Squad was totally helpful and friendly. Someone forgot to include my charger when I picked the computer, but they called me and it arrived two days later at my home by UPS. I am completely satisfied with my new laptop and with BestBuy!

Love the 17” screen 16 gig of memory and 1T of storage this one rocks.

Setup was pretty easy even though I’ve used Apple the past few years. I got this for a new job and so far the speed is excellent, the touchscreen is really nice, and has handled multiple tabs easily while I jump from one thing to the next and it was a solid price for what I got. Love it!
