    Amazing laptop. I bought this last year for Black Friday at a great deal & have had zero issues with this computer. I use this for day trading & hook it up to three monitors, so there are many applications that are open at the same time but it still runs smoothly & fast.

    This is my second Envy. I was pleased with the durability of the first. The commonly used letters on the keypad were well worn, the battery needed to be replaced and there is a new Windows version which, I could have downloaded. The sale at BESTBUY was the clincher. The salesman was knowledgeable, the GEEK SQUAD is there if they are needed and WEBROOT is excellent.

    Great picture. Battery life is only about 4.5 hours. I have had some issues with the facial log-in recognition; it never seems to locate me. Also, I have had a couple of occurrences where the screen would be black when it was connected to another monitor. Have had to open the laptop wider so that it recognizes that it is open. So far, that seems to have fixed the issue.

    This seems fast and the screen is great. A little disappointed there is only room for one NVMe drive. RAM looks like it's upgradable too. Have it on a USB 3 dock driving 3 monitors without a problem. Got it in an open box special for 663 so it's even better.

    This is my second Envy purchase. I went to the store thinking I would like to try something new, but after checking out other display models, I realized how much I love the touch screen. It is such a part of our lives with our mobile devices and I love the option of touch on my notebook. It is sleek and beautiful and I love the face recognition to log in!
