Customers are saying

Customers recognize the Envy x360's strengths lie in its responsive touchscreen, impressive performance, and user-friendly design, making it a lightweight and convenient device. However, some users express concerns about the battery life and the absence of a number pad on certain models. While the audio quality has received mixed reviews, many appreciate the overall value and sleek aesthetics of the laptop.

I love the computer but I have spent many days trying to calibrate the battery but it won't calibrate. It tells me that if it won't calibrate I will need a new battery but does not tell me how to do that or where I should go to replace it and I don't think Best Buys will help I also had a problem with Best Buys charge card I should of checked out other dealers because Best Buys offers no help.

Speaking of the i7/16GB/512GB model as purchased: unless you have particularly CPU- or graphically intensive needs that call for an i9 and/or high end graphics card, this model has all the power you'll want or more. This comes packaged in a stylish and sturdy-looking body. When it comes to wear and tear only time will really tell how a model will hold up; that said, this has a firm top case with little noticeable keyboard flex and hinges that hold any position firmly. The clickpad is tactile, smooth, and big. A crameped touchpad experience is definitely not a concern here. The click response on this is a bit different than my previous laptop but after a quick adjustment works very well. The omission of a numeric keypad is something some may miss but generally the keys are good for typing in my experience so far. Screen brightness is excellent and the integrated sound is excellent by laptop PC standards. There is no fingerprint reader but the Windows Hello facial recognition camera has been similarly effective. Occasionally the PC will tell me to move my face a bit further away if I'm leaning in, otherwise it responds quickly and thus far without error. In my use case I don't have the chance to fully test the battery life to its fullest but this model seems like battery life won't be a particular problem by the standards of laptop battery life. Port assortment is good, either of two type C thunderbolt ports may be occupied by the charging cable at any time but that would leave the other and another two type A USB 3.1 ports.

Love the large screen size and that it is a touch screen. Bought for development projects and have had no issues so far. Easy set up, but did have to change settings to optimize battery life. A little heavy, but I expect that given the size. Runs very quietly.

I good laptop, functional, stylish but i took away a star because the battery life isnt the best. If you're using this at home or in the office where having a plug close by is no problem then this is the laptop. If you plan to work remotely at various locations and would need a battery that keeps charge for long periods this is not it!

After a couple of weeks of use, this laptop has met expectations. Replaced a similar laptop a couple of years old due to a fan failure. Performs better, as it should with a newer and faster processor. Some of my minor complaints from the previous Win 10 system have been addressed by Win 11.

I got a great price on this laptop from the Best Buy Outlet store. I was concerned about buying a refurbished, but it looks like brand new. So far I have had no issues at all. I did purchase an extended warranty, just in case, but after 6 weeks, performance has been great so far.

This laptop works great. My bigest problem is transfering my programs from my PC to this laptop. I found out if it had windows 11 pro I could just connect both and transfer my information but not with window 11 over my network. Anyway thats my only complant. The laptop works flawlessly
