Great laptop if you don't need a 10-key. This laptop has performed really well for our staff. It does not have a number pad, so keep that in mind if you need that.

Quick, easy, light, efficient, and fun to use....

I got a great price on this laptop from the Best Buy Outlet store. I was concerned about buying a refurbished, but it looks like brand new. So far I have had no issues at all. I did purchase an extended warranty, just in case, but after 6 weeks, performance has been great so far.

I love this computer! I am going to buy one for my dad!

This laptop works great. My bigest problem is transfering my programs from my PC to this laptop. I found out if it had windows 11 pro I could just connect both and transfer my information but not with window 11 over my network. Anyway thats my only complant. The laptop works flawlessly

I always get my computers at Best Buy. I needed to replace my Hp and got this one. GEEK Squad downloaded everything perfectly. At home, the new one worked so much better and faster. So glad I got my new Hp...it is awesome. Same for Best Buy staff in Port Charlotte. Thank you!

This is an awesome laptop. I love having the touch screen and the keyboard is great.

The design of the laptop is also very impressive, with a thin and lightweight body that is easy to carry around. The build quality is solid, and the hinge mechanism feels durable and sturdy. The backlit keyboard is comfortable to type on, and the touchpad is accurate and responsive.

I’ve had this laptop for about 2 years now and it’s great. I got it for school (Cybersecurity major) and it’s been worth my money. As long as you take care of your things you should be fine. The speed and charge are great. This should be well enough for the average person.

I purchased an open box HP Laptop and it is a very good computer. The only reason for not giving five stars is the customer service. I tried to call the store that I purchased from and was told that the store does not accept phone calls. I was routed to a call center and was told that I had to go back to the store to get the part I needed. The salesperson gave me the wrong charger for my new laptop and I was told that I had to drive back to the store to ask for the part that should have been given to me at the time of purchase. I finally went to a closer store and the salesperson at that store got me the proper charger for my computer. I am whole now, but it took two days of trying to call and being transferred to everything except the store that I purchased it from. I was even transferred to the department for appliances and stereos.

I have been using thia laptop for four months and its been a good experience. I have no problems with it the battery life is good and the touch screen is awesome. The speed is also good i sometimes have multiple apps open and it has no affect to the performance

I bought this because I needed a new laptop for school and casual use but it does so much more! It's super fast and sleek. I love the silver keyboard(wasn't sure if I would but I do). The backlit keyboard has 3 settings, bright, dim, and off. It's super fast and easily mobile! Some laptops I've had in the past are kind of heavy but this one is nice!

It’s good for school work. I like that I Can fold it and use it as a tablet since it’s also touch screen. I’ve had a few issues with it letting me change the face recognition feature. Other than that it’s a good reliable laptop for simple work.

Favorite laptop of all time the way you can fold it into it iPad speed Best Buy had it in stock was clean. Everything was great.

The best laptop I’ve ever owned!! Battery life is good, the memory is excellent and the speed is excellent too. I have nothing bad to say about this machine. I can run multiple Adobe apps and surf the net all at the same time with no problem.

I purchased this for my hubby as his laptop was getting old and running very slow. The HP Evny is an excellent laptop. The screen is crystal clear and the processing speed is awesome. Keypad is nice and responsive, the keys are also responsive and quiet.
