    It's a big step up from my ancient HP Pavilion. Fast, lots of storage, and I hope it'll last as long. That being said - it's not the laptop for me. It was the closest thing I could find to a decent 15" clamshell; the lack of a numeric keypad is a hassle and I'll never use the 2-in-1 feature. Since what I want is apparently unavailable, I'll try to be cheerful about this and appreciate what it can do, which is does very well.

    I scooped this one up, when it was on sale for $300 off. Really enjoying this laptop. It is very responsive and I like the fact that I can use the touch screen when I don't feel like using the mouse. I have yet to use it in tablet mode. Although it did not a tremendous amount of bloatware on it life some other laptops I owned, I did wipe Windows and install a fresh copy on it, then headed over to HPs website and downloaded the drivers.
