Not much of a computer head, but I'm really impressed with this HP. Nice upgrade from my previous HP. Nice touchscreen feature, also works very well with my HP Office jet printer. The Alexa feature is convenient as well. Love the way the Multi tasking works. Runs smooth and doesn't seem to slow down when multi tasking. Well worth the price in my opinion.

After researching chips and ram and all that I went with this because it has the most everything without going gamer level. I use some stupid heavy programs and have not yet found this lacking in any way. You have to delete some bloatwear to get any battery life cuz it went dead even when off until i did that.

The battery life on this laptop is not what was advertised to me in store. I was told a full charge even with background apps running could last up to two days. You are lucky if you get 2 hours out of this one without needing to plug it in. Other than that, its a solid laptop. Very quick, decent graphics and gets the job done.

This is the first laptop I've purchased in about 10 years. I'm partial to the HP brand, and this one met all my expectations. I wasn't too sure about the touchscreen, but once I got used to using it, I love it! It's easy to use, and so convenient, too. This laptop model has plenty of RAM and onboard SSD memory. I'd recommend this as a good, all-around computer for anybody.

Nice laptop for the money. I bought this tablet on sale for $800.00. It easy to use and performs functions quickly. I love the touch screen feature. The big negative is that HP computers come with so much bloatware. It is very irritating to have constant McAfee Security adds and other things popping up when your in the middle doing something. I was able to disable these but this can be a real problem if you do not know how to do so.

this is an excellent lap top. the picture quality is fantastic now that my cables for my tv arent functional, watching television on this monitor is a beauty. touch screen excellent . battery power is not impressive but it's a good solid device that does what i've needed it to do so far

Everything seems to be running great. Display looks awesome, fast processing speeds. However, i may have gotten a dud. The battery is rated to last about 10 hours, but im lucky to get 4-5 and all im doing is watching 1 YouTube video, brightness medium, only the 1 window open and i can watch the battery percentage drop every couple minutes. Going to exchange it to see if it's just mine. Then ill update.

I love this computer. I've had it almost a year and it is still fast. I use it for school and my small business. The touch is convienent but I don't use it much.

Light and easy to carry around with me on my travels between my homes in America and Africa, so reliably efficient and readily connectable to different wi-fi systems. The extensive memory assisted me in collecting and writing a 400-page memoir that has just been passed for printing by my publishers.in the meantime HP are always a phone call away to assist with any technical issues that arise with the use of this product from Best Buy. There could not be a happier customer!

I love everything about the computer. The screen size and the how fast the sign in to various sites. The computer is my best friend. I am pleased with all the features that came with it. This computer is very light weight and very easy to carry;

Really solid laptop. Has lasted me two years without many issues. Plays most games fairly well and has had no issues with any college courses Ive taken since using it. The only gripe I have is the battery life gets much weaker after only a year or so of use.

I like the laptop. Only issue would be the loud fan from time to time. I run a few tabs on the web plus wotk with office and other things. All in all its pretty quick, light weight and much faster than any other hp laptop ive had in the past. Id buy this over any other option again.

This is my 3rd HP laptop. I find they incredibly reliable. It looks nice and is somewhat smaller than my previous ones which is good. I just wish I had paid more attention when purchasing it and noticed that it did not have a number pad on the right, only numbers across the top. But that was on me.

Great laptop for big tasks, and extremely durable. This laptop has a vanced Intel i7 processor, and 16 GB of Random Access Memory. This laptop has the latest software, Windows 11 Home.
