The laptop is great for the price. I give 4 stars for that reason. It would have been nice to see some options with dedicated graphics cards for college use. However for taking notes and light work loads this is perfect!

Gift for the wife and she loves it. Starts fast and doesn't slow down. Goes from website to website almost as fast as she can click. Beautiful display, bright colorful and detailed.

This is a very fast I7 computer. Wife needed a new computer for work and this is her birthday present! 512 mb hard drive SSD is plenty for her work and 16 gb of ram makes it faster than the rest. The screen is nice and bright and the computer is lite enough for her to carry. We’ve had good luck with the HP brand and the computer seems sturdy and well made.

I prefer HP over other brands. I wasn't disappointed with this purchase. It was a great replacement for my previous laptop. It's not bulky, processor is great. No lagging especially when I have multiple apps and tabs running.

The computer works really well and i havent rub into any problems yet. My only issue is the battery life could be better. While gaming on the computer the battery life lasts about 2 hours tops. Aside from that i am satisfied with my computer.

Bought this computer to use for our small business. It works great, nice speed and easy to use. Love that it is touch screew as well works great for taking our payments as well.

The Best Buy Tech support provided excellent service in fixing my HP computer issues. They were very pleasant and the remote access service was awesome - I didn't have to make an appointment, nor did I have to bring my computer into the store, thus saving me valuable time and money. It’s a good laptop. Great specs / graphics for the price. Very fast and reliable. I didn’t have issues after a year of using it. The only downside is the battery life.

Bought this almost a year ago for software development classes and never had an issue. Works perfectly fine and pretty fast. Display is amazing as well.

This computer is definitely an upgrade from my last computer. It is also the perfect size. In between large and small. I can have about 5 tabs open and it still works fast.

Excellent laptop. 16GB memory and 512 GB SSD. The laptop has sufficient speed for gaming. Setup was a breeze. The 2 in 1 feature is pretty cool. It turns into a big tablet. Another feature that is nice is the backlit keyboard. It makes the labels on the keys easier to see. Silver keys with white lettering makes it hard to see the label on the keys. One downfall is there are only 2 USB A ports. All in all This laptop meets my expectations and would recommend.

The product is very good. I like the fast speed and long battery life. I wish it came with the number pad and that the screen was a little larger, but overall I've had no issues.

I've been using this laptop for a little over a year now and it still runs as great as when I first purchased it. Although I don't use the tablet mode as often as I thought I would, I do not regret my purchase! I like to move it around when watching movies & tv shows and works great. I mainly use it for school and work and have not had any trouble with it yet. I will say, I definitely underestimated how big the laptop was so carrying it around can be a little challenging at times, but besides that, I love it!

Very light and powerful laptop, nice sizeable screen. Good price and has all the basics covered.
