Sound quality is one of the best features. I've used it in class, movie nights and work. Versatile, best product for it's price

My first laptop still works. My second quit working, but it was totally my fault. I have never had an HP computer break down for any reason under normal conditions. I replaced them because they became completely obsolete. So this laptop works like it’s supposed to. It’s fast, and I really like the facial recognition when it unlocks itself. The lighted keyboard is also a must have. I compared every brand that I could find in local stores but come back to HP every time.

Very Happy with My HP Laptop

It is the right size for my purpose. I do wish it had a number pad on the right side. I miss that. I am very pleased with this HP laptop and with the excellent, no-pressure assistance I received from the staff at BestBuy.
