It's quality paper, it works, it's white, it's in a package. Really though, a little overpriced for paper if you ask me, but what isn't overpriced these days?

It really is as effective.

HP -Everyday Copy & Multipurpose Paper

I have a HP printer & using HP paper in my printer I stop getting paper jams. I was told by Best Buy sales associate that each paper is specifically made for that brand of printer & it is so true, no more paper jams. I had two printers break by not knowing to use printer's brand paper & I was using off brand paper. I am a very happy customer!
