Just want I wanted. This calculator is a classic. I’ve been searching for a replacement for my old damages one from my college days.

I have been using this type of calculator for more twenty years. It finally stopped working, so I decided to splurge for a new one. Much better feel to it than the last one.

I use this calculator on a daily basis for land appraisals. Fantastic calculator once you figure it out. The updated software provides instant results. Well worth it in the long run

The HP 12C has an amazing amount of features, however I only use certain features for Mortgage Banking. Always reliable. Helps me give real information to my clients.
