still the go to tool even after 50 years!!!! so many functions at hand! the same sleek and perfectly elegant design! reliable, very long life battery. the workhouse for anyone in the financial sector. amazing compact design. what would i do without this perfect tool. it always makes me feel that just maybe i know what i am doing.

If your a beginner take your time and go over the User Guide carefully. Once you get a good understanding of how to use this Financial Calculator, you will never look at any other calculator with much admiration as you will with this Financial Calculator. Lots of pre-programmed formulas. Easy to use (after you learn how to use them).

It feels very old school but worked fine and as expected.

I am a commercial bank credit underwriter and I have to have a good financial Calulator . I have used the HP Financial Calulator for 28 years and this is my 3rd version of this particular financial Calulator .. Not because it stopped working but b/c I lost them .. So, I recommend the HP financial Calulator as it is functional, easy to use, and accurate.

Being new to a financial calculator, this is not very intuitive and I have to watch YouTube videos to learn how to use different functions. It works great after I learn how to use it.

My old HP11C died and I am very pleased with the replacement. I love the RPN notation and being able to store results.

The HP 12C is the best calculator on the market. Had one for over 30 years and it is still working. Purchased this new one for a friend and they love it.

I sought out this calculator after wearing out the keys on the identical model, but around 25 years older. Holds up well and performs so many financial calculations that no other calculator is needed.

Best Calculator works extremely well for anyone working in finance.

This is an RPN calculator and it is not for everyone. RPN (Reverse Polish Notation) is a method of calculation that is different than algebraic method used in most calculators. It takes some time to get used to but is the best way to do calculations once you know it. This particular calculator is for finance professionals (not scientific calculator) where you can do finance calculations (like interest, amortization, bond, etc.)

I use this for my finance class and the teacher even recommended this and it’s really nice! I feel like it can work for any student! There are cheaper options but this calculator is really worth it!

These are getting harder to find, as they're replaced by newer models. I have used this calculator for over 30 years. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Best calculator in my opinion, been using HP calculator for decades.

It doesn't look any different from the 1981 model, but the insides have changed and this calculates much faster. It still feels like an HP calculate should.

I had this product for years and it finally died. Glad to get a new update product.
