hard to activate

Excellent endless printing capabilities.

I honestly thought I heard the blue shirt tell me that the program included printer paper as well so that was a bit of a let down when I found out it didn't. Also it would be nice if during the "free period" if they could average my usage on printing and customize a program that worked better for me than the blanket options that are available.
