Buy genuine, forget the fakes!

Best Buy online stinks!

April 13th -- 2 cartridges in. April 18 another cartridge was in but 4th cartridge out of stock problem was I was out of country. April 22nd notified my order was cancelled because Best Buy didn't have last cartridge. I didn't cancel the order they did, without my permission. Best Buy -- you lost a customer and your customer service was no help at all! Do not order online from Best Buy -- they have no respect for customers. There's more to this story but not enough time nor space to explain.

Excellent cartridge for my printer
