After two months of reinstalling every time I wanted to print, setting it up over and over again, it now displays a lighted Information button when powered up - nothing else. Pressing the button does nothing. HP software is useless for troubleshooting, never mind just keeping the printer printing. I was printing about 10-15 pages a week, maybe less. BTW, I bought this boat anchor because I don't use color much and my HP PhotoSmart inkjet printer could no longer detect paper in the paper tray. Not to mention drinking ink, of course.

Disappointed

It worked fine for about a week, and then it had an error. I could not use the printer and had to call someone to help. This is very disillusioning. Instructions not good.
