Very efficient unit and for the price, can't be beat.

The buttons are not well labeled and I don't know if the difficulty I was having was because of a button or the way it prints through the app, we'll see. Otherwise, I am happy with the print quality and speed. It does a good job printing on both sides and doesn't seem to jam up.

The ease of set up on the printer was great and the app that was able to be downloaded worked really well and set up took less than 15 minutes and then I could air print from my phone and any other device in the house

Pros: Prints fast, easy setup, small footprint Cons: its subscription base refill, monthly price option, requires an internet connection at all times.

Connected easily to multiple computers wirelessly and prints when I ask it to. Those are basic requirements, but they seem to be difficult to achieve in consumer printers these days. The HP Smart app works well to facilitate that functionality.

Excellent network printer with scan/copy for home environment. Easy, straightforward setup and connect to WiFi network. Printing from iOS and Android an unexpected bonus.

This HP LaserJet wireless printer is so awesome. Very fast compared to my old ink jet printer. Won't ever go back to an ink jet printer. Again I would like to say thank you so very much to Michelle for all of her help with the Dell Touch Screen computer and HP LaserJet printer.

I am so happy now that I have finally replaced my Inkjet printer. The HP is so quiet and very efficient, compared to my very old Canon Pixma. I am not really concerned printing in colored so this works out for me - just forgot to check how much the laser ink or drum will cost me in the future.

Once I got the printer set up and communicating through our modem, I was very pleased with its performance. I also needed a new scanner, and the scanner functions on this model are great. NOTE on SETUP - Be sure to log into your HP account BEFORE you do the setup the using HPSmart app. I hadn't, and the setup was incomplete because it wasn't accessing my serial number and account. I printed a batch of documents and then quit after 2 hours. I was very confused as to what was wrong and trying everything I could think of, but the next morning, the HPSmart app told me how to fix it to complete the installation.

Great printer for black & white documents. Fast and works with our desktops, laptops, and cell phones...all wirelessly. First shipment of toner has arrived before I needed it. Perfect!

Firmware update and printer won't print. Connected, disconnected from wifi. Reset printer, unplugged, powered on and off. held this button for 5 seconds press this button at the same time as another button... blah, blah, piece off junk that doesn't work.
