HP used to be the top brand and I have always had an HP since the 90’s. I’m done!! The last few HP’s I have owned, something is always wrong. Specifically it takes forever to connect to my computer so I can just print ONE page!!!! Absolutely exhausting!!! It shouldn’t be THIS difficult to use a printer!!!! Stop creating new items and focus solely on making the current products better! Makes no sense!

I bought 6 of these's HP laserjet color printers and set them up on 6 Windows 10 office Pc’s via the USB port and have had nothing but driver issues with 4 of them.. the USB Universal print driver that sets up when go through the HP setup from HP 123 setup gives a error message pcl6 when trying to print PDF docs/files.. so installed the Universal printer driver PCL6 to fix that issue, then it will have a issue with printing Adobe photoshop brochures in color with that driver because it can't auto detect the brochures being in portrait mode or in landscape mode.. and to top that off the Windows 10 updates will change the driver to a Universal print driver version 2 that doesn’t work when trying to print PDF documents..HELP .. its like going circles with no permanent fix..

I am very happy with the HP Printer. The review were great. I bought this printer as a gift for my son and his family for Christmas. It was a great surprise for them.

Overall, HP printers etc are high quality products. In this case, the color laser printer was difficult to operate because of complications caused by the two paper trays. The paper supply kept jamming. nstead I puchased a black & white HP laser printer which works very well.

Perfect for home use. I would recommend this printer to anyone.

Operation is not too friendly, menu and instruction not easy to understand. Have to restart because no response. Wireless print take long time

Great Printer for Price! I use it for my home office to print documents for work, kids use it for school it works great for what we need. Easy to setup and print within 15 minutes.

I was very disappointed to discover that this does not make copes. For the price, I didn’t think to ask. I just thought it would also be a copier.

The printer was easy to connect and works good. The manual paper feed is a litte funky, but overall it was worth the money.

If I could give this ZERO Stars I would...the printer keeps bouncing off line on BOTH the printers I bought. Ive tried uploading software with my professional I.T. Person..They are the WORST Ive ever purchased in my 25 years of operating my company....hands down, THE WORST!

I really love it. It is wireless and in a good height for my desk.
