    A good, capable home office laser printer. It is very fast to process the page data and to execute the physical printing. Set-up was easy and quick. Very much a turn-key item.

    It has disconnect twice from the ethernet connect (once from two different PCs on the ethernet network) but removed and reinstalling the driver from the windows "Printer and Scanner" selection quick resolved the issue.

    The problem is that technology has advanced to the point that senior people like me are unable these days to connect a printer to the laptop. Even with expert help from family and friends it took a while to achieve that goal. The printer is working fine at the moment.

    The printer works great, but navigating the setup to enable the direct print isn't great. It took a bit to navigate all the menus to turn on the option, which I would have been expected to be enabled by default in this day and age.

    Retuning this. It will not stay connected to our home network, no matter what we do. Even paid to have a tech guy come out. He finally got it connected, but stopped working after 3 weeks. This is the 3rd HP I tried. I’m over it.
