The printer itself is awesome. The problem comes when it's time for toner cartridge refills: be prepared to spend in excess of $400 for genuine HP toner kits. Also be prepared for the fact that despite what after-market toner kits advertise, HP has updated their firmware, and the printer will not work with anything other than genuine HP toner cartridges. This problem is not unique to this printer or to HP, so maybe it's unfair for me to down-mark HP only (it's the only printer I've purchased in the last few years), but despite the fact that "everyone is doing it" I still think it is unethical not to highlight the fact that you can only use HP toner and that HP robs you blind for that toner when you purchase it. You can literally buy a new printer for the price of replacement toner. Seriously sleazy business practices in my opinion. It's terrible that these are essentially disposable products now.

Top quality printer--worth the price. Very easy to install. Uses toner not liquid ink. Much better than Brother printer.

This is a great printer. It was replacing a 12 year old HP color laser in my home office. Print quality and speed are great. Very easy to set up, and works with all of the devices in my home

The printer itself, after you spend hours configuring the printer and setting up the scan to email function, is actually pretty phenomenal. Fast printing and great quality. The online setup instructions are not intuitive and very frustrating. Further, Best Buy sold me an open box product that wasn’t priced, packaged or disclosed as such. I found out when I tried to register my ‘new’ printer with HP only to find it was already registered on June 21. Trying to get it re-dated to reflect my purchase date has been an absolute nightmare and unethical of Best Buy selling a product as new that’s clearly been opened and used.

Fast simple out of the box printing, scanning involved installing software that was still intuitive and easy to access. No issues with accessing the printer on the wifi. Worth the cost for the ease of dependable use and high quality printing.

Great printer. Was able to set up and having it going and I was able to network the printer to my small home office so that both my husband and I can see the printer and print. HP printer was not the least expensive option nor aree HP cartridges the least expensive but the printer is great quality and built to last. I had my last HP printer for 10 years and was still in great working order which is why I went with HP again. My former printer was black and white and gave it to a local charity to purchase this color laser printer.

Purchased to replaced an obsolete color laser 2600N that finally failed. This unit does everything that I want and more for a reasonable price.

Love this new Printer, its fast & good on ink. We also love all the features it has to offer. Printing quality is Awesome!!

Best printer I ever used with never seen a printer like this before

Replaced a very old HP Color Laser Jet with this one and am extremely happy with it. It even does 2-sided printing! It warms up quickly, prints faster and it's much quieter.

The printer is great when it is working. Print quality is outstanding. I love the document feeder with automatic 2 sided scanning and the manual feeder where more than one sheet of paper loaded. I have been on the phone several times with HP technicians getting the printer to work to specifications. Recently, I kept getting a printer error and we had to reset software on the computer. I have also loaded updated software on the printer. I was told this was the newest version of this type of printer. Hopefully all of the software will catchup.

Fast printing. Great quality. Easy to use. Comes with a good deal of toner already installed.

A breeze to hook up. Worked as soon as I connected to the wifi. Great spoed and quality. Have the old version of this for my home iffice and have always loved it so I bought this one for the office. Great printer. Scans fast, can print mailing lables and double sided wirhout having to flip over paper. Love it

This printer can do it all. Very fast and the print quality is excellent. Easy to hook-up and holds 6 months of ink, so you do not have to change it out very often.

I’ve had and HP Color laser 276 model for years and still prints perfectly. However, the paper feed wend bad a few years ago so finally upgraded to the HP - LaserJet Pro 4301fdw Wireless Color All-in-One Laser Printer - White/Blue….. super fast and incredibly clease precise printing….. highly recommended!!!
