I have not even downloaded the driver yet. But I expect this printer to be a very good one, because I own also an HP Laserjet 1505 printer that is more than 10 years old but is still in very good condition. I believe laser printers made by HP are the best laser printers.

The only problem was the software installation. There were many aspects of the HP instructions that did not make sense. My sister had the same problem, and I am an engineer and she is a professor.

Once I finally got it set up it seems to work ok. Its louder than most printers while printing, I dont know if there is a way to reduce the noise it makes. Im disappointed with my initial experience, the only positive so far was the price & quick shipping. If I had to do it all again, I would probably choose another brand.

Offline for half of setup day

Had to chat and of course got disconnected and HP's chatter did NOT call me. Works great, but it was a lousy setup experience.
