I have it connected to an Amazon Smart plug so I can ask Alexa to turn it ON/OFF. So far I have not any issues. **Warning the toner cartridges are only starter ones about 1500 pages per cartridge. Also the toner will cost you more than another printer!

This is the worst purchase I’ve ever made and I’m so upset I missed the window to return this piece of trash! It smears all over my sticker paper creating double waste - ink and paper. And if I print something in color?! FORGET IT! No wonder this thing is always on sale! DO NOT BUY!! Save yourself the disappointment and loss of money.

Printing on 20lb paper and 110lb card stock prints great. Good color match. The speed is about 70% that of my HP M401dn. very easy hook up to network and printing with windows 7. touch screen makes setup quite easy. Sleep mode is quiet and printing noise is on the low side for laser printers. setup is easy, just pull out of box and pull clear plastic off of touch screen. you do not need to touch the starter ink cartridges or any shipping support foam from the inside. Currently printed about 200 pages double sided.

However, if you only hook it up to your network wirelessly the product is horrible. You will get "device not found" and you will have to get up and unplug the device and plug it back in. I was on the phone with HP support for two hours and gave them full control of my laptop. They made a bunch of changes and said I will no longer have any problems with it. A week later and the same thing happened. Called HP support back and they told me to return it.
