Very happy with the printer. The speed of production is outstanding and the quality of print is excellent. The trimmer size than my previous HP printer reduces the footprint on my desk considerably.

This printer does everything I need it to do, and then some. I had an earlier model, but someone dropped it and it never worked right after that. But, before it was dropped, it was a workhorse. It printed, scanned and copied every thing I gave it, with no problems.

Great product! Far better than other all-in-ones I've owned. Quick setup, excellent paper feeder, quality printing. Scanning is fast and good quality. Everything works seamlessly with mac with no extra software install.

Great product, does everything you really need. Fast printing, copying and even envelope printing. I used it for some attorney work and satisfied with it.

Best printer I’ve ever had since 1980!! Being OCD it has met my needs. Like how it integrates with smartone apps.

I placed an order for this printer. It was never delivered. The delivery service that Best Buy used, something called "Roadie," never delivered the printer and initiated a return on my behalf. I reached out to Best Buy Customer Service to let them know about the problem. After 30 minutes on the phone and being transferred to 4 different representatives, I was told the only thing that could be done was to create a new order. Since the printer was no longer on sale, the representative said he would put me on a brief hold, so that he could create an invoice to honor the price that I originally paid. During the hold, the customer service representative hung up, and did not call back. At this point, even if Best Buy would honor the sale price I initially paid for the printer that they never delivered, I would still have reservations about making a purchase from Best Buy given how awful the customer service experience was. I still need this printer, but I will not be purchasing it from Best Buy. I doubt I will make any future purchases from Best Buy either.

Connecting the unit to my wireless network and set up for my mobile device and laptop a breeze. Simplest instruction I have seen in a long time. If a downside, the toner cartridges are expensive.

I love this printer it has only one in a prince personal pictures don’t need to go to target or Walmart to pay anything more and it works very well in the office to as well I would recommend this to a friend and everybody that has an office

Wonderful laser printer for home use. Best Buy was the only place where I could find this HP model and they had it delivered to the store within a few days. It works great!

High Quality print, but very slow to print. The toner cost more than the printer. HP will get you crazy with all their printer numbers.

This printer/copier is great, easy to use. Having trouble making envelopes from the printer.
