The church copier broke down from old age. Instead of buying another, we purchased this printer and connected it to our network. It does everything that we need for our small church office. A big savings and the secretary likes it.

This replaces an earlier version that had lasted without issues until now. We knew we were using it on borrowed time and when it quit the decision to replace it with this was a no-brainer. We have always used HP printers and have never been dissatisfied.

I have nothing but good things to say about how happy, I'm with the total operation of my, HP LaserJet Pro M283fdw. I just enjoy the fact that it's really easy, not difficult to operate, it's like, you just program it, and it does all the work for you.

I was away on a business trip and the printer in my office brooked and the Best Buy customer service was able to help my office manager to get our office back to printing and scanning thank you Best Buy. BH

It works great, but the scanner is a little slower than more expensive versions of this printer. Overall great for moderate use at home office.

So far so good. I have to learn more about what it can do. Reading the info that came with the printer should help. Taking the time to read and then address any questions that come up I can call and be better informed.

Although it is much bigger than I expected, it has all the features that I wanted. It works very well and having the added bonus of connectivity to my HP phone app makes printing a breeze.

GREAT product! However, it was rather pricy!. I wish the “scan to email” feature wasn’t quite as complicated to set up.

This is a decent printer, but the recent HP changes to its printer firmware which prevents users from utilizing less costly third party toner cartridges is a big problem. Essentially, buying 4 Genuine HP cartridges equals or exceeds the cost of the printer where the third party cartridges are significantly more reasonably priced. In all, this will probably be the last HP printer we ever buy as being forced to pay for overpriced toner is un-American.
