I have tried scanning from my PC as well as from my phone. I have emailed documents to the printer. I have also scanned many photos. I do not use the Fax. I am definitely pleased with this printer/MFP

Great quality printer but remote setup impossible

So much better than my old ink guzzling inkjet printer. Only thing is that it seems impossible to set up remote printing or scanning via email. Hoping Geek squad can help me with this remotely. It isn’t worth over $100 to have someone come set it up. Setup for my last printer (an Epson) was so easy.

Got a replacement and purchased the extended warranty. Seems to be working good now and does what it is supposed to.

I was tired of the ink constantly drying up in my ink jet printer and needed something that would be ready for my occasional home printing needs and this seems to be perfect. Great copies and no dried in issues.

He had gone through several inkjet printers that were not holding up. He loves this printer. The quality is excellent, and it does everything he needs very quickly.

I got it for my mom since she works from home and she loves it. Prints super fast and can scan stacks of papers into PDFs or whatever. Pictures also look good and ink lasts much longer than inkjet printers

Worth every dollar!

I thought it was expensive but then I saw how amazing it prints everything and how beautiful the colors look. It was so worth it! Looks professional in our office and now with covid it’s easy to print out necessary curriculums for our children.
