My laptop wouldn't connect and I needed to contact the support site. They were great and helped me connect to my printer. Once this was set up the printer has been fantastic! My entire family loves the printer too.

I had a problem with linking up to my Mac but called support and they fixed it. Wish I didn’t have to call them but it seems they think of Windows only. Windows has too many security issues and not ever going that route again.

Very easy to set up to print from all computers and IPhones. Excellent print quality.

Upgraded from a b/w model, this was very easy to install and get up and running. Images are very good and we like being able to print via WiFi, very handy when checking email via phone.

When the printer works it produces crisp, clear, gorgeous pages. I've had it for less than a week, have spent hours on the phone with customer service and am unable to use it until a part arrives which could take up to 3 weeks. There is no guarantee that it will fix the problem. You are required to use the HP virtual assistant to try to get help. It has a major issue that has resulted in cyber security issues. Reaching customer service is difficult and time consuming. I do not recommend this printer.

We took a long time to find the perfect color printer for our home office. This one checks all the boxes. Printing speed and paper tray speed is fast enough. Not as fast as a true commercial model but this one is not as large and expensive either. We use it mostly for work related printing and scanning and does the job in flying colors.

The setup was easy and the print and scan speeds are amazing compared to our old printer.

product is quality but cartridges only last us 3 months and to replace all cartidges cost $450.00. Which is an annual budget of $1,800 a year. There is no substitute as reviews show the knock offs will ruin this machine. so I marked yes to recommend purchase.

I finally set up and used my new printer. It's only been 2 days but I'm satisfied so far. The thing I love the best is the 2-sided printing. With my old printer, I had to manually flip the paper over. I haven't used the scan function yet. The fax function is like any other fax. It was time for me to get a new printer. I normally use HP products so for my new working from home life, I chose this printer.

I love how easily this printer connected to my WiFi. Great quality prints.

The customer service that I received from Best Buy was, as always, first class. Their personnel are very knowledgeable and helpful. When it comes to purchasing any kind of electronics I no longer go to any other store because I am hooked on the great Geek Squad service plus Best Buy always has a large product choice with competitive prices. I am a very pleased customer.
