I finally set up and used my new printer. It's only been 2 days but I'm satisfied so far. The thing I love the best is the 2-sided printing. With my old printer, I had to manually flip the paper over. I haven't used the scan function yet. The fax function is like any other fax. It was time for me to get a new printer. I normally use HP products so for my new working from home life, I chose this printer.

I love how easily this printer connected to my WiFi. Great quality prints.

The customer service that I received from Best Buy was, as always, first class. Their personnel are very knowledgeable and helpful. When it comes to purchasing any kind of electronics I no longer go to any other store because I am hooked on the great Geek Squad service plus Best Buy always has a large product choice with competitive prices. I am a very pleased customer.

One of the easiest printer setups I have experienced in several years! The only action required was to grant it access to my router, so it could be used as a standalone wireless remote printer. Actually, it took longer to get the printer out of the box than it did to setup. It was so easy, I even went through looking for personal preferences and they were already setup. Routine maintenance seems straight forward. Now, I want to see how it holds up and performs. I use it (along with 2 other printers) in my home, but it could easily be adapted to a small business office. In conclusion, a pretty impressive little printer!

Set-up was fairly easy process using trial and error. No documentation, not even a get started page. Used HP eprint from my phone initially until I installed the software on my laptop and added to the local network. Much quicker first page than the inkjet it replaced. Easy to set up the scanner and fax. Toner cartridges are a bit pricey. Still haven't figured out how replace toner, but I expect help on the screen should be available.
