All the features we need including scanning and double-sided printing. Small foot-print is a plus. After using this for a month, we discover this goes "Off-Line" quite frequently so we have to power down and power back up to get it on-line again. We'll have to contact customer support for a hopeful solution to this.

Hazel to use

Only one downfall

Only downfall is the HP app you have to download and use. It’s just an extra step that seems unnecessary when other printers don’t need a special app. Other than that, no complaints!
