Great entry level laser printer for home

This is a great printer workhorse. BlueTooth and WiFi printing are awsome.

Okay—but somewhat disappointing.

Great prints, inconsistent operability.

I returned the first one because the air print features did not work. My replacement works in that department but now has issues with prints hanging. After sending a print it will start moving to print but nothing will come out. Then it will go quiet and then start up a few minutes later. Sometimes it will print. Returning a device before trying to get it working seems wasteful to me. But I can't find contact information for HP other than a virtual assistant that doesn't have anything useful. If you don't need this for work or office or time sensitive prints then maybe it would be worth a gamble considering Best Buy's stellar customer service. One bad printer I can understand, but two.... I'll get something else. Good luck :)

Too Noisy for laser

Poor print quality and declining

All my attempts to use HP tools to diagnose and resolve the issue failed. I will be switching to other brands.
