Printer set up issues!

Well worth your money

The only problem I have had, was trying to get the app figured for the iPad and Mac. If I had to do over, I’d buy this printer again in a heart beat

A waste of money

Basically, this series of printers all look the same. When purchasing online I couldn't really see what I was buying; however, I knew the printer had 2 trays. Be aware of the first tray you have to add sheets to print manually. The tray can't several sheets of paper at one time.

This unit was purchased to replace a very young 1 year printer that was almost identical. The only problem with the old one is the same problem we’re experiencing with the new one. The Geek Squad is unable to allow it to communicate with our computers and our WiFi. Having identical problems. I’m convinced we returned a perfectly good printer because the Squad just does not know what their doing. We will never use them again! Robert Tramposh
