    This machine is not user friendly. Plus no instructions included and was not an easy setup. It is printing now but at first it kept going off line overnight. We have did some updates so hopefully this will help.

    Good solid printer. Once you have a laser printer that uses toner cartridges, you can never go back to a crappy inkjet printer.
