Printer requires Genuine HP toner cartridges

Would never recommend this printer as long as Genuine HP toner Cartridges are the only ones available. Previously saved lots of money buying knock-off toner cartridges.

Not Happy!

I researched and researched, read review after review...I bought this becasue I needed to be able to print labels and also shipping stickers. Well, it's ridiculous. I print 50 shipping lables and it starts to clump, run faint in color and smear. Let it set 15 minutes and it will do well again. I had a Lexmark and went to HP so I could get stateside assistance and access toner more quickly. I only use HP toner...not the junk. I am very, very disappointed. Seriously considering returning it. I will take it to Geek Squad first, as I bought the warranty (never buy office equipment with a warranty), and if they find nothing mechanically wrong; it's just the way it's made...then it goes back. This is very frustrating!!!
