HP Quality Control is really bad. I had owned another HP laserjet which failed after two years, normal home office use. Aggravating that they constantly change the ink systems and I had to throw out $200 worth of ink I couldn't return. The quality of the print is generally good and I prefer it over inkjet printers which can't handle the volume, but it sure is frustrating that HP can't build a more reliable product.
