    Prints well and efficiently. When you are usinf a mac, there are some glitches when printing from preview app. Otherwise, it works well with other softwares

    I purchased this because I needed a double sided printer right away. When it prints it is great. Two things I do not like about this printer - 1) it keeps dropping its network connection. I have to log-in daily and 2) the cost of the "toner" - a full refill is close to the original cost of the printer.

    After spending 2 hours of following HP's directions, I finally got the printer to send documents to folders. Printer, scanning and faxing now work great. HP's ink program works great and the ink comes just before you run out. Every company should have this program.

    I tried to buy a different printer with the hopes that it would be a better value in functionality. It was not. Does not stay connected to my networks, is very loud and not nearly as fast as my old standby.

    Only works wirelessly intermittently and I wanted wireless printer specifically. Now has stopped working wirelessly completely Product available since 2019 and hp have known about problem for some time but still sell as wireless. It’s a defective product problem Hours on phone with hp tech who could not correct Avoid this printer at all costs Btw this is why I stopped using hp printers a few yrs back but decided to give them another chance- never again! Trying to get a refund because this $470 Best Buy should not sell this. I purchased in feb 21 and now may 21 and no refund from them
