I had spent several days online for a 65” Oled TV. Please to find a 2023 Sony, Disappointed that free delivery, install and removal of old tv no longer available. Online app is not reliable. Newer versions not listed online. I went to store to make sure what I was getting. Will never use online app again. Not installed yet so can’t comment on quality or ease of use.

    Great, but expensive, printer

This is a great, but expensive, printer. It replaces an earlier model (M281) which crapped out. Just note the toner cartridges for this new printer are considerably more expensive then the previous model. (Planned obsolesce they call it). I do have one complaint and I hope it works itself out. The black toner smears. I don't like that.

A few months after receiving this printer the prints slowly became lighter and lighter (all colors). I printed less than 100 pages at this point and all toners read 97% or more. After hours on the phone with HP they sent replacement toner, but that did not fix it. Eventually they send a new printer. I few months later the same thing happened with again around 100 pages printed. This time I consider it a total loss of $450. I could have bought a cheap printer and been better off.

    Touch Screen Died

After having it for 4 days, the touch screen on the thing died. The background of the screen just is white. You can tell if you touch the screen, you can hear something want to happen, you just can't see it. Went to the HP support page, and all they have there is turn it off and turn it back on and plug directly into a wall socket. Downloaded every update; nothing. Does nothing to help the problem. This is the primary way i would use it, particularly for the document scan. will be returning.

      Hi there.

I’m sorry to hear that your printer’s touch screen stopped working. It’s easy to understand why that would be quite an unwelcome surprise, so I’ll offer some resources and information I hope will help.

I can’t tell from your review why the touch screen stopped working or whether it can be remedied, so I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and guide you through any applicable troubleshooting. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:

      - Model number
      - Serial number
      - Your location
      - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)

I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies, so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link: support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty

Had to return it. I bought to replace my previous HP laser printer that just lacked multifunction. Took forever to connect to hp smarr app. I could see on my network, but the app would not recognize it even if i manually input ip address. Each day i would have to go through the connectivity issues again. My wife and daughter could not work with it.

    Try Best Buys Other Options

Broke literally days after 1 year of purchase. Conveniently HP only covers 1 year, so I cant even get troubleshooting for it. For the price I'd expect better considering it stayed in the exact same spot the whole time. There are cheaper options from other brands that are more reliable that best buy offers both in store and online. Not to mention, toner replacement is $400-500 pre-tax. Timing was a bit suspicious as it worked perfectly fine during it's coverage period and with 80%+ toner it stopped printing color and black and white. At best itll spit out the lightest shade of grey but not legibly.

AFTERMARKET CARTRIDGES WILL NOT WORK PROPERLY

I haven't taken this out of the box yet, but I'll be returning this. I'm sure it's a nice printer - BUT - a very experienced printer service person I know indicates that aftermarket cartridges have not been found to be working with this printer at this time. The workaround is to swap the chips from the OEM cartridges, but the user will lose the ability to know when the cartridges are empty.

Garbage that will die right around the warranty

Total Garbage. Our family has printed less than 400 pages on this and it has a black screen, won't connect to wifi, won't connect to USB, and 2-1/2 hours with Tech Support and they want me to buy a new one. It went bad right before the warranty period and I could reach no-one until now because their customer support teams were on hiatus apparently. DO NOT BUY A HP PRINTER unless you want to deal with this.

This is a great printer, when it works. I have had it for about 2-years and it stopped connecting to my laptop. In fact, it shows that it is connected but doesn't print and has an error message. I called HP and they want to charge me $20 to diagnose and fix it. I hardly use it, it should not be doing this. This should not be doing this. I would NOT recommend this printer.

    2-sided printing

When I bought the printer I was told it has automatic 2-sided printing. It has duplex printing from the PC or phone. I explained I needed it when I have a stack of papers and when I put in top tray, to automatically make 2-sided copies. Turns out it doesn’t have that option. Instead I take papers to FedEx to save time and frustration. ( My 15 - 20 year old HP printer I replaced had that option...worked great! )

I hate this printer. Every day it drops it's connection and I have to delete and re-install it. WHEN it functions, it does a good job. BUT the constant resetting is too much. This didn't happen with my previous printer, and it's not happening with the other devices connected to my internet, so I think it's this printer.

      Hi, Marie.

I’m sorry to know that your printer has performed so erratically for you. I want to help you resolve this situation, so I’ll direct you to a resource and provide some information aimed at making that happen.
