Just to find out this one is not compatible with HP ink. Other than that it's a great machine.

Not a good all in one for the price

No Manual

I was told I can sign up for instant before I purchased printer. When I got home and sign up that’s when I found out that wasn’t true. I can’t scan from the print I have to sign in with software. Also I can’t use my printer unless I’m connected to the internet.

Great printer for small business!

It’s a great printer. It prints about 20 pages per minute depending on what’s being printed. I got this for faxing and shipping purposes. What is really neat is the HP Smart app that works with the printer seamlessly, and this makes having a computer almost obsolete in order to use your printer! The LCD screen is highly visible and the user interface is easy to navigate through. The reason it received five stars is because The ease of use, setup, and simplicity of the app. The only downside, which isn’t, is that the toner is expensive but for the amount of prints you’re going to get. You shouldn’t have to replace it that often. Overall a great printer for any starter or small business. Now for personal use, I’ve scanned a lot of family pictures and it goes directly to my phone. Memories are priceless and this scanner did a really good job of capturing all the “old photo” scratches and fades on the pictures. There is so much clarity when scanning photos and documents. This made it able to take them with me everywhere I go and that’s a huge bonus for me. Amazing powerhouse printer in my opinion!

I frequently have to run the troubleshooter from my computer to get the printer to “wake up” and print. Also, toner ran out in less than 2 months, and replacements are $100 each. The item is no longer returnable, so I’m stuck.
