OK printer. It seems to have trouble connecting to the wireless a lot and when it runs out of paper it wants to be stubborn about printing. Could be user error but I really don't like this printer.

HP makes great printers, this is good small sized company work printer.

This is a basic black and white laser printer, does the job.

It's a little annoying because it doesn't print too fast, but it works.

This printer replaced a similar HP printer that was at least 8 years old. This is a secondary printer in a busy office. So far, it's working like the original; it simply runs. Fast first page out. Bypass tray for labels. Easily and immediately connects to the network. Easy to refill the toner if you're of that mind or to use off brand toner cartridges - a HUGE savings and no, it does not void your warranty.

Don't buy this product. Bought 2 & were shipped without toner cartridges. Best Buy and hp would not stand behind the product and send me out the toner. hp offered to sell me toner with a 10% discount!!! Stupid when the site and box clearly states its included. Best Buy doesn't carry the toner in their inventory as of yet.

I ordered HP printer on 08/19/2016. When I received the box, USB cable was missing. According to Best Buy advertisement, USB cable should be included with my order. I called Best Buy. The online store refused to ship me just a USB cable. Best Buy mailed me another printer. ( I returned the original box back to Best Buy.) On 8/29/2016 I received the second box. No USB cable was packed with the second printer. I spent close to two hours on my phone with Best Buy speaking with Katie and Giselle in Philippians. Finally, a Best Buy representative from Philippines took my credit card number and placed an order for a USB cable with delivery date, 09/01/2016. I was told that my credit card will not be charged. I hope it is correct. I called HP company. According to their sales department, USB cable should be included with HP Printer. Also, the packing list shows USB cable as included item. Should you buy from Best Buy? Previous printer I bought from Costco. Unfortunately, Costco did not have this model this time. When I had an issue with my printer after two years, Costco took the printer back and returned my money.
