Easy to setup. Works well on our mixed platform network (Win10/OS X/Linux/cloud). Paper path is well thought out for specialty items (labels, envelopes, etc) and the toner access is simple. Haven't had a paper jam yet, but the paper path seems easy enough to access. The control panel on the m452dn is quite spartan, but was sufficient to get the initial network configuration completed without issues. All of the other settings we have needed to make for print jobs were made via the computer print dialogs. We do not expect to use the direct USB drive print capability (haven't used it a single time on our black 'n white laser printer), so I don't anticipate we will need to access the control panel again. The printer is somewhat larger and heavier than expected, although this is our first color laser printer, so it could be the norm. Just a comment for anyone replacing a color inkjet and will need a little more space for this printer.

Because of everyone else's reviews, I knew printer was probably going to arrive w/o the USB cable necessary to hook it up to my home PC (still really annoying). However, after I got that extra purchase all figured out, everything else went smoothly. Printer was shipped to me in less than 1 week. Very carefully packaged. Easy to set up and install software. Great price! Easy to use. I wanted something that could print on legal paper and card stock as well as the normal letter-sized paper. I have a home PC using Windows 7. This new printer is very easy to use. We had one of these at my old workplace . . . I knew the print quality would be good and that the machine would be a workhorse.

This is a fine printer, used here for office documents, publicity brochures and CD jackets. All come out bright and relable. 'Low cartridge' reset options are great, and using third party replaceables makes this printer extremely affordable in a small office environment. Highly recommend.

I bought this printer when it was on sale for $181! I've been using it for about a month now and am completely satisfied with it. I had trouble getting it installed using the CD that came with it, so I had to download the Universal Print Driver from HP's site. The printer is fast, and the quality is more than sufficient for business applications.

This printer produces excellent copies. I've had an HP B/W printer for many years. It has been very reliable. The cartridges lasted a very long time. I replaced my old ink jet printer. My primary use for the printer is custom-sized greeting cards that I produce with a WACOM tablet. I'm very pleased with the results! Great color and clarity. Fine details are visible. My only disappointment is in photo printing. Prints seem much darker than I am accustomed to. Perhaps I will become better at fine-tuning photos as I gain more experience. In general, however, this is one great printer. The print cartridges are expensive, but I expect them to last a long time.

The M452dn is an excellent color laser printer. The quality is crisp. No messy final prints. Very fast and extremely quite. Our office staff has used the printer for the past 3 weeks. Menu provides a clear report explaining how much toner is available for each color. So far, no complaints!

I love having this in my office. It prints double sided without having to flop it yourself. Wahoo! The colors are brilliant.

Overall this printer is very good, only wish it was a little smaller. Performance is good...Important to download newest Driver's and Firmware.

I am a former technician and computer guy. So I was hoping for an easy setup. I followed the instructions, and performed the setup 3 times. But it said that the install was not successful. I phoned the help line, and the lady was very good in providing instructions. We did a normal install again with no success. Then had to install some generic drivers, about 45 minutes. But it now runs great, good looking prints in B&W and in Color. I set it for Economy mode to save ink for everyday printing. It comes with "starter cartridges" of toner, not full sized. Good network printer, good double sided printing, good price.

I am very happy with this printer. I replaced a Dell printer that wasn't that old. I remembered the use I got out of my old HP, then went back to a brand that should last. The only issue I had (as many others seem to have had, as well) was with the install. I just ended up using the default driver that Windows 10 recommended. The CD installation was not user friendly or intuitive. Since I got it up and running, I have been very please with the quality, as well as the super fast startup and printing. Overall, a great purchase.

Perfect color laser option, simple to use and setup. Quality is sharp and detailed, the color seems to match color profiles. The only draw back is no straight through feed for heavy stock papers. For letter or legal you can use built in tray or the bypass tray for single feed. Great for bus. cards or note cards. This model is available in wireless option as well so depending on your needs you can choose. I have been using this in an office environment with no issues. Other than toner being a bit pricey all is well. Toner cartridge access is a breeze, slide out tray. Also has self cleaning cartridges which is nice if you change colors regularly.

As close to perfection as it gets. Easy set-up out of the box, great quality and color, easy feed, fast, well built. HP does it again.

Purchased the HP - LaserJet Pro m452dn Color Printer. Love the white color and the print quality is awesome, clean and crisp. Would buy another one of these for sure. Great price.
